Kinetica Thermo 5 Reviews

Kinetica Thermo 5 reviewKinetica Thermo 5 is an over the counter diet supplement that is sold as a full weight management system that is made up of five different stages. The manufacturer, Kinetica, sells a number of different supplements in the weight loss, sports, and athletics categories.

Although there is a page for Kinetica Thermo 5 on the official manufacturer’s website, the information that it provides the consumer is rather limited. It is a page that was designed to give dieters the basics so that they will be able to purchase the product with convenience, but not necessarily to have all of their questions answered about the product.

That said, as limited as the information on the website may be, it does provide a list of the ingredients that make up the formula and it identifies the quantities in which each product has been used. This is an uncommon but very useful step for the manufacturer to have taken. It provides the dieter with enough information to be able to discuss the product with his or her doctor and it makes it possible to do a little bit of additional research to see if the ingredients claims are supported by any studies that have been published in reputable journals.

At the time that this review was written, the ingredients were listed as follows: the Thermogenic Complex (L-carnitine, Green tea, Cayenne, Guarana, Apple cider vinegar, and Bitter orange peel powder), the Metabolism Stimulator (Acetyl L-tyrosine, Yerba mate, Cocoa bean, and Alpha linoleic acid), the Hormone Matrix (L-phenylalanine, L-arginine, Cinnamon powder, and Chromium), the Enzyme Complex Support (Vitamin B6, B5, B3, B12, and Biotin), and the Anti-Oxidant Support (Fennel seed powder, Ginger ground powder, Black pepper extract, and Folic acid).

It is clear that there are a very large number of substances that make up this formula. Though this could cause concern as to whether or not there is really enough of anything to be beneficial, the primary worry may be over the number of stimulant containing substances that are found on that list. This is especially problematic because of the high levels of caffeine in combination with the bitter orange, which contains synephrine. Combining synephrine and caffeine – two different types of stimulant – could place the user at a notably higher risk of dangerous side effects such as heart attack and stroke. It is very important to speak with a doctor before using this product.
