Relacore Extra is an over the counter weight loss pill that is sold as a type of product that is meant to assist dieters in being able to drop their weight more quickly and easily. There is an official website for this diet pill and it explains that it is especially good at helping dieters to be able to target “stress-related belly fat” and “belly bulge” in general. This suggests that this product somehow focuses on weight loss in the midsection of its users.
The directions for this product indicate that users of Relacore Extra should take this pill while they stick to a healthy, nutritious diet as well as a regular fitness appropriate exercise program. This is a good sign as no trustworthy weight loss pill will ever claim that it can cause fat to be lost without any efforts other than swallowing a pill. That type of “miracle” has simply not yet been discovered.
The official website also says that these pills work by providing dieters with a larger amount of energy. This is meant to make it easier for the dieter to exercise without giving in to fatigue. As exercise is a critical part of any weight loss program, this could be a helpful feature if the product does truly offer this benefit.
The website focuses very heavily on the energy boosting benefits of this product, as it claims that low energy and stress are two of the primary causes of excess fat in the belly area. It also says that when a person has more energy, he or she will be more likely to be in a good mood and will remain motivated to keep up with dieting and exercising as required to lose weight.
That said, though, it also says that these pills are the “anti-aging breakthrough of the decade”. This makes the claims slightly harder to believe, particularly as doctors consulted during the writing of this review indicated that there isn’t a product or a workout that can target fat on a specific part of the body. If fat burns away from the middle, first, it is only because that is the way that it has come off a specific individual and not because there is an ingredient or combination of ingredients that have zoomed in on a specific body part.
Though it would have been nice to be able to look into the ingredients in this formula in order to see if there was any chance that they could provide weight loss and/or anti aging benefits as was promised on the official website, that site did not provide a list of the substances that made up each pill.
