Nature’s Plus Whole Food Total Body Cleanse with Acai Reviews

Nature’s Plus Whole Food Total Body Cleanse with Acai reviewNature’s Plus Whole Food Total Body Cleanse with Acai and Exotic Superfruits is a dietary supplement that offers nutritional support for a healthy digestive tract. It has been designed as both a cleansing formula for weight loss and for overall well-being. The formula supposedly cleanses the body down to the cellular level, includes prebiotics and probiotics to help maintain a good balance of friendly bacteria, and improves energy and metabolism.

There are loads of ingredients in the Nature’s Plus Whole Food Total Body Cleanse formula including a Fiber Complex (1,000mg) made up of a proprietary blend of ingredients including cascara, apple pectin, butcher’s broom, soluble vegetable oligosaccharides, etc. There is also a Spectra-Cleanse (300mg) made up of a proprietary blend of a long list of ingredients, with the first five being lowbush blueberry, highbush blueberry, cranberry concentrate, dried barley juice, and spirulina. In addition there is Acai (500mg), Goji (40mg), Pomegranate (40mg), Mangosteen (40mg), Noni (40mg), FOS (40mg), Lipase (40mg) and a Full Spectrum Probiotic Blend (2mg).

The number of ingredients alone in this product is enough to make one think twice before using it. For starters, there are far too many ingredients in each of the proprietary blends for there to be enough of each to provide any real benefit. Secondly, there is insufficient evidence that acai berry or any other ingredient in this pill will help with weight loss. While high in antioxidants, there is no proof that it can reduce appetite or boost energy in any way that will result in fat loss.

Furthermore, this dietary supplement contains cascara, which is well known for its laxative properties. It may cause diarrhea, loose stool or abdominal pain. It can also worsen these conditions in individuals who frequently suffer from frequent diarrhea. This can be harmful to your health and if such symptoms occur, you should stop taking Nature’s Plus Whole Food Total Body Cleanse immediately.

There are two suggested doses for users depending on how they want to use Nature’s Plus Whole Food Total Body Cleanse. For the 14-Day Intensive Cleanse users are instructed to take 12 capsules daily (4 capsules with each meal with 8 ounces of water). For the 28-Day Maintenance Program take 6 capsules per day (2 capsules per meal with 8 ounces of water).

Remember, simply because a herbal supplement is marketed as being healthy and good for you, this doesn’t mean that it is actually beneficial to your health, safe to take or has no side effects. Prior to taking Nature’s Plus Whole Food Total Body Cleanse with Acai and Exotic Superfruits it is strongly recommended that you first speak with your doctor.
