Aptulux Reviews

Aptulux reviewAptulux is an over the counter diet supplement that has had some controversy wrapped around its claims and its use. This review has been designed to take a closer look at the product and what the true story may be.

The product itself is manufactured by a company that refers to itself, quite simply as Aptulux. No parent company name is mentioned on the product’s official website, including in the terms of use, where “the Company” refers simply to the site’s domain name. When researching the physical address on the company website, the address (including the suite number) appears to be connected to a web and mobile design and development company called EsferaSoft. It is unclear whether or not the two businesses are linked.

The supplement is made and sold in the United States, with an address in Wilmington, Delaware. The website lists the ingredients in this product as being natural and that – when combined – are supposed to function by decreasing food cravings, increasing the metabolism and shrinking the appetite at the same time that it supports the immune system. These are supposed to lead to easier natural weight loss in a user.

At the time of the writing of this review, the ingredients that were listed in this product include: garcinia cambogia, white kidney bean, apple cider vinegar, gymnema sylvestre, cascara sagrada and aloe vera. All of those ingredients are exceptionally commonplace in the nonprescription weight loss industry, with varying degrees of evidence and benefits associated with their use. The ingredient with the most research to support its use is the white kidney bean, however, even that substance is far from being considered to be proven within the medical community.

Most of the research on the ingredients in this product – if there is any at all – is considered to be preliminary, at best. There is conflicting and inconclusive evidence behind all of these substances and the research that does support it is small and limited. Moreover, the top ingredient, garcinia cambogia, is mainly popular because of a mention that was made by Dr. Oz, which has since been retracted as the recommendation was referred to as “a mistake” by that same television celebrity. Many of his recommendations were withdrawn after he faced a U.S. federal senate committee after having made a large number of such recommendations based on substances that were entirely unproven.

For this reason, it becomes easier to see why there is controversy surrounding this product and it would be difficult to recommend it when there are so many alternatives within this marketplace.
